A Buderim home can look straightforward at the inspection and still raise questions about the land underneath it. If you are buying a sloping block, tell us about retaining walls, access and any plans to extend. Legal checks on title, easements and approvals should sit alongside advice from your building inspector or engineer, not replace it.
An attractive granny flat or studio is worth asking about before you rely on it for family accommodation or rental income. What was approved, and for what use? The answer depends on the property’s records and current requirements, not simply how the space is described in the listing. We can discuss which searches and conditions are appropriate before you commit.
Downsizing brings a different practical problem: getting the sale and the next purchase to work together. If the next move is into a retirement village or manufactured-home park, it may not be an ordinary freehold purchase at all. Entry costs, ongoing fees and exit arrangements need separate advice and a separate quote.

A building inspection and legal searches address different questions. Ask your inspector about condition and suitability, and discuss approval records, boundaries and easements with your solicitor. An engineer or surveyor may also be needed.
Can an executor or attorney sell a Buderim home?
